For some reason both of us were having a hell of a time making ideas work. We conjured up a few cool concepts a piece and all failed miserably. After noticing the reflections of the living room lights bouncing subtly off the hardwood floor, we came up with our fourth attempt. We wanted a little bit of clarity but without putting a lame mirror on the floor. A puddle would be way more interesting!
One soft box was used to pump up the light in the room. The camera couldn't focus so we had to roll manual on this one. Insert a stoic face and you have an awesome shot.
