It's no secret that Nicky and I are coffee lovers. Oh how that delicious java gives you that wonderful pep in your step. So in honor of how keen we are on this beautiful brown bean's yummy run off, we decided to commemorate it with this week's post.
We both shot for quite a while because frankly, it was just a boring concept. We knew we wanted a shallow depth of field but the light was not cooperating either. Eventually, some up close and personal photos fit the bill. After I toyed with the softness in photoshop it all kind of all fell into place. I think it really shows that velvety smooth happiness (with a hint of cracked out nuttiness) you get when snuggling with a cup of joe on a lazy Sunday.
I absolutely love these two photos, especially the composition of the shot of Nicky.
